1. Overview

United States Services Installations, LLC, doing business as USSI (“USSI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides commercial furniture installation, receiving and delivery, office relocation, decommissioning, liquidation, specialty installation, and related project support services.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://www.ussinstall.com, including all pages, service descriptions, blog posts, contact forms, project inquiry forms, images, buttons, links, and related website features.

These Terms govern use of the website. They do not replace any written proposal, estimate, invoice, work order, master service agreement, subcontract, purchase order, statement of work, or other project-specific agreement between USSI and a client.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, clicking a website link, sending a project inquiry, or contacting USSI through the website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website. You may still contact USSI directly by phone or email for general business inquiries.

If you use this website on behalf of a company, organization, property owner, contractor, dealer, manufacturer, or other business entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Permitted website use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes, including learning about USSI, reviewing services, reading project stories, requesting information, and contacting USSI about a potential commercial furniture project.

You agree not to use the website in a way that:

  • Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Submits false, misleading, incomplete, or unauthorized information
  • Attempts to interfere with the website, hosting, security, forms, analytics, or related systems
  • Introduces malware, spam, automated scraping, unauthorized scripts, or harmful code
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to USSI systems, accounts, data, or service providers
  • Copies, republishes, or misuses website content without permission
  • Uses the website to harass, defame, impersonate, or misrepresent any person or business

USSI may restrict or block access to the website if we believe the website is being misused or accessed in a harmful, unlawful, or unauthorized way.

4. Project inquiries and form submissions

The website may allow visitors to submit project inquiries, contact requests, service interests, timeline details, project locations, file uploads, or other information.

Submitting a website form does not create a client relationship, contractor relationship, subcontractor relationship, binding project agreement, or obligation for USSI to perform services.

USSI may review submitted information and decide whether to respond, request additional details, schedule a call, provide an estimate, decline the inquiry, or recommend another course of action.

You are responsible for making sure that information you submit is accurate, complete, and authorized. Please do not submit confidential, restricted, sensitive, or proprietary information unless USSI has specifically requested it through an appropriate channel.

5. USSI services described on the website

The website may describe USSI services, including commercial furniture installation, workstation installation, receiving and delivery, office relocation, decommissioning, liquidation, specialty installation, outdoor structure installation, project closeout support, and related field services.

Service descriptions are provided for general informational purposes. Actual service availability, scope, timing, staffing, pricing, travel, site requirements, equipment requirements, and project responsibilities may vary based on the project location, site conditions, schedule, client requirements, product type, documentation, access, safety rules, and other factors.

USSI primarily serves Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and may support select regional projects depending on scope, timing, crew availability, travel requirements, and project fit.

6. Estimates, proposals, and project-specific terms

Any estimate, proposal, scope of work, work order, purchase order, subcontract, invoice, or project agreement is separate from these website Terms.

Project-specific documents may include additional terms related to pricing, payment, schedule, change orders, cancellation, access, insurance, deliverables, site rules, labor, materials, travel, equipment, safety requirements, waste handling, liquidation, disposal, or other project details.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed written agreement between USSI and a client for a specific project, the signed written agreement will control for that project.

Website content is not a guaranteed quote, fixed price, promise of availability, or commitment to perform work. Final project terms should be confirmed in writing.

7. Site access, project conditions, and client responsibilities

Commercial furniture and installation projects often depend on conditions outside the website and outside USSI’s direct control. Depending on the project, clients or project stakeholders may be responsible for providing accurate information and reasonable access to the work area.

Project requirements may include, when applicable:

  • Accurate project location, delivery address, loading dock details, elevator access, parking rules, and building access information
  • Approved drawings, layouts, product lists, install documents, specifications, or manufacturer instructions
  • Clear work areas, safe site conditions, and coordination with building management or other trades
  • Confirmation of delivery timing, receiving conditions, product availability, and staging areas
  • Required badges, security access, certificates, insurance requirements, or site-specific rules
  • Timely decisions regarding changes, placement, scope adjustments, damage concerns, missing parts, or closeout needs

USSI may address specific site and project responsibilities in a proposal, work order, subcontract, or other written project document.

8. Website content and intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, design elements, service pages, blog posts, case studies, layouts, images, icons, buttons, and code structure, are owned by USSI or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission from USSI.

Any trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, company names, or third-party marks shown on the website remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-party links and services

14. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different law is required by applicable legal authority.

Any dispute related to website use should be handled in an appropriate court or forum located in Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Project-specific agreements may include their own governing law, venue, dispute resolution, insurance, payment, and liability terms. Those written project terms may differ from this website page.

15. Changes to these Terms

USSI may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the website, business operations, service offerings, technology, legal requirements, or internal practices.

When updates are made, the effective date at the top of this page may be revised. Continued use of the website after updates are posted means you acknowledge the updated Terms.
