When you walk into a room like this, you can feel the weight of tradition. The views are iconic. The details are historic. And the expectations? Understandably high.

That’s exactly what we walked into when the University of Pennsylvania brought us in to deliver and install a complete boardroom setup for one of their most prominent spaces.

This wasn’t just another install. It was about honoring legacy while bringing in modern function (always quietly, efficiently, and without disrupting operations).

The Assignment

Our task was to deliver a full boardroom configuration that balanced elegance and utility. 

That meant:

• A modular U-shaped table system that allowed for large group meetings and easy reconfiguration

• Dozens of guest chairs, upholstered in Penn’s signature deep red

• Careful alignment to preserve spacing, flow, and symmetry across the room

Every placement mattered. Every piece was accounted for. And every decision had to reflect the caliber of the institution.

The Execution

With sensitive flooring, architectural detailing, and strict university access protocols, execution had to be flawless.
